• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code you create using our services. Mindetry retains all rights to its AI models, algorithms, and service infrastructure. Generated code may be used freely in your projects.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mindetry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to bugs in generated code.
